This patch is for Freescale QorIQ DPAA and eTSEC which support 1588 hardware
assist module, and mainly uses SO_TIMESTAMPING API for HW timestamp and PHC
API.

Add a little processing to find correct directory
for source upstream.
Update LIC_FILES_CHKSUM since the latest package
doesn't include a COPYRIGHT file anymore.
