2017-03-07libmng: fix duplicate dependency on lcms + misc cleanupAndre McCurdy

The goal is that the graphical_init_manager (xserver-nodm-init) provides Xsession (and some basic scripts) and that xserver-common can then provide additional Xsession scripts. The project also moved to github and does not appear to provide tarballs other than via github archives so the SRC_URI was updated. An explicit dependency on zlib was added even though cmake was finding the sysroot version.
