lzop: upgrade 1.03 -> 1.04
License checksum changed due to updated copyright year and cleanup. 3 patches for miniacc.h were incorporated upstream. Build-tested on qemu targets, including x32. Signed-off-by: Denys Dmytriyenko <denys@ti.com>
