arch-mips.inc: remove duplicates from PACKAGE_ARCHS
Fixed:
MACHINE = "qemumips64"
DEFAULTTUNE = "mips64-o32"
$ bitbake linux-yocto
ERROR: OE-core's config sanity checker detected a potential misconfiguration.
