Subject: [PATCH] qt: include ext/qt/gstqtgl.h instead of gst/gl/gstglfuncs.h
gst/gl/gstglfuncs.h is included via ext/qt/gstqtgl.h which has logic to
prefer qt headers definitions for GLsync
This helps in fixing build errors like below
