binutils 2.17.50.0.12: added nios2 support
added nios2 support
this is based upon the windriver toolchain
(see http://www.nioswiki.com/Build_the_gcc4_toolchain for details).
The nios2 changes are lifted from the wrs toolchain and
ported to 2.17.50.0.12.
Also solved a few bugs
As there is no functional change for other platforms no PR bump is needed
(the patches are only applied for nios2 machines)
