linux-openmoko: rename recipes to common PN_PV scheme, cleanup versioning
* move DESCRIPTION to .inc
* remove OEV, KERNEL_RELEASE and KERNEL_VERSION, keep KERNEL_* from
kernel.bbclass
* update distro/machine configs where needed
