* we don't have gnome-doc-utils-native in DEPENDS to provide xml2po and it calls
`which xml2po` -m docbook -e -t "${mo}"
which doesnt work on host without xml2po
* if we add gnome-doc-utils-native to DEPENDS then it still fails:

Given that the libtool recipes install as ${HOST_SYS}-libtool
we need to reference it as such and not ${TARGET_PREFIX}libtool
as we will otherwise break when those evaluate differently.

This is a workaround to unbreak the build of epiphany for various host
operating systems, since nobody was able/willing to fix it in the right
way.
