In most cases we had both ../foopkg/foopkg as the first path and
this simply became foopkg (the second path was already correct for
the default strip level which is why the patch applies normally).
In a few cases the second path was '.' which is valid but not as
clear as 'b' (which is what git shows for example) so update
that while we're at it.

Modified layout.patch with a modified highlight color, which
is by default white. White highlight does not go well with
white text, so the highlight is now (nearly) black.

* Added layout.patch, which modifies the matchbox-desktop layout slightly
by moving everything down by 20 pixels.
* Modified matchbox-desktop-0.9.1 recipe with SRC_URI_append_jlime, pulling
in the above patch for jlime only.

* only 769 from 1102 recipes were covered by automatic PR bump, list
of remaining 333 recipes not using PR/INC_PR is available for manual
PR add or INC_PR conversion - volunteers?

* just echo 'PR = "r1"' to recipes without any PR/INC_PR is not so good
idea without manual check, because sometimes they rely on PR set in

If matchbox-common is not present,matchbox-desktop segfault
(the debugging was done with strace)
Also convert to new staging:
I had packaged staging,removed the custom do_stage and got:
staging/armv6-angstrom-linux-gnueabi/usr/include/matchbox-desktop $ ls
mbdesktop.h mbdesktop_item.h mbdesktop_module.h mbdesktop_view.h
Thanks Tartarus for confirming me what to do in case of custom do_stage
