Fix/reimplement USBPATH support
Using libusb functions to retrieve port and bus numbers.
Thanks to Topi Kuutela for reviewing and testing the patch.

didn't apply anymore.

* add usbpath patch from 0.4 to 0.7, otherwise dfu-util fails to build
