	It's not necessary to specify the protocol parameter when it's the default protocol for the fetcher, e.g. the default protocol for git fetcher it git, "protocol=git" isn't needed. 	I've cleaned up some odd license fields, fixed some license names and corrected some incorrect licenses. LICENSE really needs a pass through by the maintainers as some of the licensing is incorrect.
