ncurses: Switch to INC_PR and BBCLASSEXTEND. Fix ncurses-sdk and terminfo
RSUGGESTS needs to use ${PN} not ncurses otherwise ncurses-sdk will try
ncurses-terminfo (wrong) not ncurses-sdk-terminfo (right).
