gtk+: drop 2.10.9 to 2.10.12, promote 2.10.14 as the new default version
2.11 will be added soon w/ DEFAULT_PREFERENCE=-1. If you still need 2.6.10,
please set your PREFERRED_PROVIDER accordingly.
