qt4-sdk: Rename task-qte-toolchain-host.bb to task-qt-toolchain-host.bb
This task can be used by QtE and QtX11 so a common name is adopted,
attempt to give people an upgrade path by RREPLACING the old recipe
and remove the occurence of the old recipe name.
