This task can be used by QtE and QtX11 so a common name is adopted, attempt to give people an upgrade path by RREPLACING the old recipe and remove the occurence of the old recipe name.

- Don't supply site files for native. - Split up the site information, so we don't need to add every single combination of os and architecture to the siteinfo.bbclass. - Drop the ${FILE_DIRNAME}/site-<bits> stuff, there are other ways to do it. - SITEINFO_ENDIANESS -> SITEINFO_ENDIANNESS. - Don't supply site files for native - Split up the site information, so we don't need to add every single combination of os and architecture to the siteinfo.bbclass - Instead of specifically looking for '${FILE_DIRNAME}/site-${PV}/<sitefile>', leverage FILESPATH. On some Linux distros, if you set the kernel /proc file /proc/sys/vm/mmap_min_addr to zero, you will probably get an SELinux violation if you're running SELinux in enforcing mode.
