2006-09-01groff 1.19.2: The install task was failing because groff refuses to installJamie Lenehan
into the specified prefix (${D} in this case) unless that directory already exists. So modify to manually create ${D} in the install task. Its not clear what change broke this but it appears that ${D} used to be created automatically but this is no longer occuring.
