* added mtx-2 configuration to hostapd-daemon
* made madwifi-modules_cvs the default choice (the bsd branch has been abandoned)
* made sure that madwifi_modules stages the headers correctly so that hostap-daemon compiles on mtx/nylon
|

these are not supported for gcc4 and after discussion in #oe it
was considered safe to remove them as even on gcc3 they apparently do
not have any effect above arm7

Use require for the BitBake files within packages. In contrast
to the conf files the authors of these files expected these files
to be included.

madwifi release (apart from the version number). This brings in a lot of
fixes and makes it far more stable on my sh4 based device. I've decided not
to use the actual 0.9.2 release .tar files for now since the snapshot and
release version number are not really compatible and some solution for that
would be needed first.

areused by default are for gcc 4.x and don't work with 3.x and kernels built
with 4.x don't work on sh4, So patch the options to those required to build
with gcc 3.x. Tested on the titan sh4 board. Does not seem to work if
sharing an IRQ, but works fine otherwise.

include tune-xscale in the pxa machines. root file systems can be built with all optimizations since they are machine specific anyway. the unified feed though needs to be built using a tune-strongarm based machine configuration
