Recipe downloads TSPA codec's from the web and packages/build them using the configuration file from git://arago-project.org/git/projects/codec-servers.git. Note that recipe is preparing the source after do_unpack and before do_patch - mainly because we want to ensure that sourceipk class picks the right sources.
