2006-08-18	usermanual: Minor grammer fixes. Update the autotools site example to match	Jamie Lenehan
	a recent change to the code. Change the reference to to image_ipkg class in image_types into an actual xref.
2006-08-18	usermanual: Add details on the image_ipk and rootfs_ipk to the	Jamie Lenehan
	reference section of the document. Add id and xreflabel to all sections in the reference documentation so we can refer to the individual sections (which is used here to refer to the image types).
2006-08-10	usermanual: Add "class" to the end of the title of all the class	Jamie Lenehan
	documentation in the reference manual in preperation for some non class things being added.
2006-08-09	usermanual: Add a "Reference" section to the manual. Document the distutils,	Jamie Lenehan
	update-alternatives and update-rc.d classes in the reference section. Each is documented in a seperate file so they can be easily moved elsewhere and so it's easier to edit seperate class reference information.
