Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Simplify the JBT6k74 driver

Simplify the JBT6k74 driver

We don't need all the native sleep states - they just complicate things.  Instead, just
use the LDO "power switch" to send it firmly to sleep and wake it up in a virgin state
each time.
