classes/palmtop: add -fpermissive to CXXFLAGS
Opie's qpeapplication.cpp and Qt/Embedded's qmemorymanager_qws.h contain
casts that modern GCC doesn't like and I don't plan to go and fix them
right now; add -fpermissive to CXXFLAGS to make these errors back into
warnings.
